The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from us.
01Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from HAFIZI HOME SOLUTION SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601040964 (1703059-T)) (“Hafizi Home Solution”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
02What We Sell
We distribute and sell household goods: kitchenware and cookware, tableware, storage containers, home organisers, cleaning tools, laundry and bathroom accessories, plastic household products and small home appliances. The range on this website is 25 products, delivered within Malaysia or collected from us. We also supply trade and wholesale customers on quoted terms.
03Product Information
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including what comes in the pack. Sizes marked “approx.” are a guide and may vary slightly between batches. Colours on screen depend on your display.
Some photos show food, soap, brushes, clothes or other items to give a sense of size or use. These are not part of the product unless they are listed under In the box on the product page.
04Prices & Payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount charged at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and are paid separately. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before sending it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have checked stock.
05Orders & Stock
If an item you order is out of stock, we will tell you when it is expected or refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order. For more than ten of one item, or for trade and wholesale orders, please contact us for a quote.
06Delivery & Risk
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within the time stated in our Refund Policy.
07Safe Use
Read the instructions that come with each product. Electrical appliances must be used with a properly earthed Malaysian 3-pin socket and kept away from water. Do not put appliance bases or cords in water. Wall-mounted shelves must be fixed with suitable screws and plugs for your wall. Use the utility stool as a seat or a low step only, not as a ladder. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse or ignoring the instructions.
08Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault under normal home use, our Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
09Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
