Shipping Policy

01Overview

We send orders by courier to addresses across Malaysia. Larger items are sent as large parcels. You can also collect your order from us.

• Courier parcel: most of the range, including cookware, tableware, storage, cleaning tools and appliances.
• Large parcel: the five-tier storage rack, the clothes drying rack and the spin mop set. In the Klang Valley we may deliver these ourselves.

02Dispatch & Delivery Times

We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days of payment when items are in stock. Delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 4 to 7 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan after dispatch, and can take longer for remote areas and during public holidays. We send you the tracking number when the parcel leaves us.

03Packing

Glassware, ceramics and appliances are wrapped and boxed separately. If a parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.

04Delivery Charges

The amount you pay at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of your order and on the address, and are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. You can cancel at no cost if you do not want to go ahead at that point.

05Self-Collection

You can collect your order from F-04-43, Kompleks Q, Jalan Dwitasik 1, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at no delivery charge. Choose “Collect” at checkout. We will message you when it is ready, and please bring your order reference.

06Address & Failed Deliveries

Please give a full address, including unit number and postcode, and a phone number the courier can reach. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or no one was available, we will contact you, and a second delivery may be charged.

07Trade & Wholesale Orders

Delivery for trade and wholesale orders, including bulk quantities, cartons and pallets, is quoted separately with the order.
